智通财经APP获悉，周五，工程和维护服务提供商Legence(LGN.US)登陆美股市场，开盘股价涨2.3%，报28.67美元。IPO价格为28美元。Legence深耕高增长行业的高技术要求建筑领域，业务覆盖科技(尤其是数据中心)、生命科学、医疗保健及教育等板块，客户群体涵盖纳斯达克100指数成分股中超过60%的企业。该公司拥有超百年历史，核心业务包括设计安装暖通空调系统及提升建筑能源效率与可持续性的解决方案。本次IPO由高盛、杰富瑞、美银证券、巴克莱、摩根士丹利等19家机构担任联席账簿管理人。
财务方面 ，截至2025年6月30日的过去12个月，公司实现营收22亿美元;与此同时，未完成订单及已授予合同总额高达28亿美元。值得关注的是，黑石集团于2020年从私募股权公司Gemspring Capital收购Legence(当时名为Therma Holdings)后，通过并购A.O. Reed、OCI Associates、P2S等规模较小的竞争对手，将其从区域性暖通承包商打造为全国性节能服务平台，估值实现翻倍增长。
