智通财经APP获悉，捷利交易宝(08017)再涨超10%，年内累计涨幅超11倍。截至发稿，涨7.05%，报2.43港元，成交额2175.77万港元。
消息面上，捷利交易宝发布公告，继7月29日对公司间接全资附属公司 TradeGo Markets Limited增资4300万港元后，为进一步支持TGM业务扩张，公司拟对TGM再增资4000万港元。据悉，TGM为香港证券及期货条例下的持牌法团，获发1号及7号牌照。本次增资旨在强化TGM资本基础，以配合其业务规模增长及风险管理需求，进一步推动持牌金融服务的拓展。
值得注意的是，捷利交易宝此前宣布，附属捷利港信拟与弗诺斯特沙利文、金洲控股共同成立合资公司。合资公司主要业务范围拟包括：RWA资产评级服务、数据与信息产品服务、结构设计与顾问服务，以及行业标准及监管合作项目。此外，捷利交易宝发布公告拟与博雷顿、金洲控股就现实世界资产(RWA)全球发行建成战略合作。
