9月16日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局发布批复，同意浙江民泰商业银行上报的增资扩股方案。

　　批复要求，浙江民泰商业银行董事会应加强对拟入股股东投资入股资格的审查，对入股资格需经监管部门审查的股东，按规定提出申请。增资扩股完成后，向国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局申请变更注册资本。
