Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) said Paul Jensen has been appointed as independent chair following independent chair Katrina Rathie's resignation, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Jensen joined the company's board in March 2023 and has served as chair of the audit and risk committee since then, according to the filing.
The company's shares rose past 3% in recent Monday trade.
