消息面上，小黄鸭德盈此前发布中期业绩，上半年实现收入8,231万港元，同比增长37%。公司同时宣布，计划收购潮玩公司HIDDEN WOOO。报告期内，公司IP授权业务收入达3,844万港元，同比增长46%，被授权商增至577家。商品零售业务收入4,387万港元，同比增长31%，重点布局潮玩盲盒、毛绒、AI玩具及轻家居品类。收购HIDDEN WOOO将进一步完善公司IP矩阵，拓展潮玩产品线与年轻消费市场。
交易完成后，HIDDEN WOOO创始人黄嘉乐先生将出任集团副总裁，专责潮玩业务板块，协同集团资源共同开发双方IP矩阵下的创新潮玩商品，涵盖盲盒、搪胶公仔、收藏级雕塑及潮流配件等多个品类。凭借小黄鸭德盈的助力，HIDDEN WOOO将加速推进海外市场拓展，特别是欧洲地区的品牌旗舰店建设计划，通过沉浸式零售空间与本地化营销活动，建立更深刻的品牌认知与情感链接，为集团加速开拓国际市场。
