ChainCatcher 消息，据金十报道，赢家时尚(03709.HK)与德林控股(01709.HK)联合公告，于 2025 年 9 月 12 日，赢家与德林控股订立战略合作及投资协议，
据此，德林控股有条件同意于完成日期按认购价认购认购股份，而赢家有条件同意按认购价配发及发行认购股份；及德林控股与赢家已根据战略合作就 RWA 代币化计划达成整体框架及方向共识。
认购股份相当于本联合公告日期赢家现有已发行股本约 0.65% 以及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后赢家已发行股本约 0.65%。认购事项所得款项总额将为 29.9 百万港元，而认购事项所得款项净额估计为 29.6 百万港元。
根据战略合作及投资协议，赢家及德林控股亦同意探索 RWA 代币化，为赢家股东创造创新价值。
