Shandong International Trust to Divest Fund Stakes to Lucion Units; Shares Lose 2%

Shandong International Trust (HKG:1697) has agreed to transfer its stakes in two investment funds to subsidiaries of its controlling shareholder, Lucion Group, according to a Sept. 12 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 2% in Monday morning trade.
The company will sell its interest in Parent Fund to Lucion Venture Capital for 166.4 million yuan and its stake in Wanhe Fund to Shandong High-Tech for 37.2 million yuan.
