消息面上，9月13日，工业和信息化部等八部门印发《汽车行业稳增长工作方案(2025-2026年)》，提出推动智能网联技术产业化应用。推进智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点，有条件批准L3级车型生产准入，推动道路交通安全、保险等法律法规完善。
据悉，线控转向（SBW）与高阶自动驾驶强相关，可明显提高驾驶的安全性与舒适性。天风证券此前指出，随L3级及以上自动驾驶渗透率的提升，SBW系统渗透率有望同步提高。SBW竞争格局优，目前仅耐世特、博世、采埃孚实现线控转向的量产，其中耐世特定点份额达到全球一半以上。
