Robo.ai Invests in Arkreen to Integrate AI Machines With Web3 Technologies; Shares Rise 12%

Robo.ai (AIIO) said Thursday it made an investment in Arkreen as it seeks to develop an intelligent machine asset network via the integration of AI robot technology with Web3 technologies.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The company said it will collaborate with Arkreen by connecting its ecosystem of intelligent devices such as robotaxis and electric aircraft with Arkreen's decentralized physical infrastructure networks, enabling data and asset monetization.

The collaboration will also focus on creating a global payments system using stablecoins, with Robo.ai's operations in the Middle East serving as a key testing ground. This move is designed to boost financing, improve efficiency, and increase the companies' presence in the digital asset market, Robo.ai said.

Shares of Robo.ai were up 12% in recent Thursday trading.
