去年11月，邮储银行内蒙古分行针对内蒙古电力集团（以下简称“内蒙电力”）工程建设项目多、传统资金管理模式难以管控资金用途的实际痛点，迅速组建数智跃迁服务团组，运用“易企管”服务，为内蒙电力定制“预算管理+预算支付”的监管方案，即内蒙电力提供预算明细，施工单位在预算额度内提交用款申请，内蒙电力审批通过后完成支付，确保每笔支付资金完全纳入预算框架。该方案得到了企业的高度认可。截至9月中旬，邮储银行内蒙古分行与内蒙电力的首个工程建设资金监管协议已成功落地，监管资金总规模预计近1亿元。此次合作是在前期公司贷款、易企收、资金归集、定向收支等业务基础上的深度拓展，标志着邮储银行在电力场景工程资金监管领域实现了从0到1的关键突破。
下一步，邮储银行内蒙古分行将持续做好内蒙电力工程建设资金监管服务，并以此为样板，复制到相关能源领域中去，将“邮银财管+”场景金融服务融入企业日常经营管理中，为自治区能源产业高质量发展注入更强劲的金融新动能。
