Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR) said that a second court hearing to approve the company's proposed acquisition by Gruyere Holdings via a scheme of arrangement will be held on Sept. 25 in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, subject to shareholder approval, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shareholders can oppose the approval of the scheme by filing a notice of appearance and affidavit at least one day before the hearing, the filing said.
