票务转售平台 StubHub（股票代码：STUB）周三在纽约证券交易所（NYSE）首次公开募股（IPO），首日股价上涨约 8%，公司市值达 93.2 亿美元。近期科技平台 IPO 首日普遍获得积极市场反响，StubHub 的表现进一步延续了这一趋势。

　　这家总部位于纽约的公司，其股票发行价为每股 23.5 美元，首日开盘价则达每股 25.35 美元。

　　StubHub 此次通过发行 3400 万股股票，募集了近 8 亿美元资金，这也是其期待已久的美国 IPO。股票发行价定在之前公布的 22 至 25 美元区间内。此前，受唐纳德・特朗普总统关税政策引发的市场波动影响，StubHub 曾推迟上市计划，距此次成功上市不足六个月。
