9月16日，永康前仓镇荆州村东山沿一家庭农场内，工人们正忙碌地采摘着金灿灿的果实——太秋甜柿。

农场主李忠介绍，这片355亩的果园以种植太秋甜柿为主，规模达1.4万余株，同时兼种蜂糖李、锦绣黄桃等水果。太秋甜柿属完全甜柿品种，兼具苹果的脆爽与梨的清润口感，有"水果界爱马仕"之称。

今年采摘期于9月14日开始至10月底结束，定价60元每公斤。褪去套袋，柿子黄绿相间的果皮光润饱满，内里金黄果肉脆嫩无渣，甜润汁水充盈齿间。值得一提的是，该农场2024年曾以单果637克的成绩斩获"浙江农业之最"称号。
