9月17日，河北省发改委发布河北省秦皇岛市“风光同场”海上光伏项目拟安排情况公示，本次拟公示的海上光伏项目共5个、规模200万千瓦。从获选项目单位所属集团来看，中国建材获得了两个项目，规模合计700MW，中节能、东方电气、中电建分别获得一个光伏项目，规模分别为500MW、400MW、400MW。

河北省秦皇岛市“风光同场”海上光伏项目拟安排情况公示

根据《关于抓紧谋划海上光伏项目的通知》（冀发改能源〔2025〕795号）要求，经秦皇岛市申报、电网公司对接入和消纳条件确认及第三方咨询单位对基本要件审核，现对符合用海条件且电网公司出具支持意见的海上光伏项目予以公示。本次拟公示项目共5个、200万千瓦。具体名单见附件。

公示时间为2025年9月17日至9月21日。期间，如有异议，请向省发展改革委（能源局）新能源处反映。
