Onex to Buy Integrated Specialty Coverages From KKR

Onex Partners Opportunities Fund said it agreed to acquire Integrated Specialty Coverages from KKR.

The deal is expected to close later this year, the Toronto investment firm Onex said Thursday.

Integrated Specialty Coverages is a Carlsbad, Calif., program administrator focused on underwriting and client service.

Onex has long focused on investing in the insurance industry, and has a financial-services team that manages its investments in insurance.
