Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克上市公司 Flora Growth Corp.（股票代码：FLGC）今日宣布其公开上市公司中的私募投资（PIPE）发行定价，公司将实施 0 G 财库战略。交易完成后，公司预计将更名为 ZeroStack，并保留“FLGC”的股票代码。
本次发行由 Solana 财务战略上市公司 DeFi Dev Corp. 领投，Hexstone Capital、Carlsberg SE Asia PTE Ltd (CSAPL)，以及 Dao 5、Abstract Ventures、Dispersion Capital、Blockchain Builders Fund 和 Salt 等参投。
Flora Growth 已获得 4.01 亿美元融资，其中包括超过 3.66 亿美元的实物数字资产和 3500 万美元的现金及等值承诺，并签订了 PIPE 交易协议，用于购买和出售公司普通股（包括预先认购权证），认购价格为每股 25.19 美元。其中，以每枚 0 G 代币 3.00 美元计价的实物出资及部分实物贷款亦包含在交易内。
