新浪科技讯 9月20日下午消息，在第九届人单合一模式引领论坛暨第二届零距离卓越奖颁奖典礼上，海尔集团董事局主席、首席执行官周云杰分享指出，“今年，是人单合一2.0元年，也是生态海尔元年，同时也是海尔AI应用元年。”
周云杰指出，“人工智能呼啸而来，人单合一‘自组织’是适应人工智能时代的‘智能组织’。”在他看来，面对“融合”成为主要特征的新一代技术革命，面对虚拟与现实合一的“镜像世界”，零边界的智能交互生态是我们要“开拓”的新疆域。（文猛）
