Hangzhou Huaguang Advanced Welding Materials (SHA:688379) completed the registration of its subsidiary in Thailand, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The subsidiary, Huaguang Welding Advanced Materials (Thailand), has a registered capital of 108 million Thai baht. It produces welding and joining materials and welding equipment, the Chinese welding materials manufacturer said.
