据新京报，今年8月，7名购买FSD（完全自动驾驶能力）功能的车主起诉特斯拉欺诈的买卖合同纠纷案件，在北京市大兴区人民法院批量立案，正在等待一审开庭。据公开信息，这是第一次有中国车主针对FSD功能对特斯拉提出诉讼。 近日，记者从批量诉讼的原告代理律师处获悉，这批案件的原告都是特斯拉车主，他们在购买FSD功能后得知，受制于车辆硬件限制，他们的车辆可能无法支持购买时宣传的完全自动驾驶功能，因此，他们认为特斯拉涉嫌欺诈消费者，要求退一赔三。
