新浪科技讯 9月20日下午消息，2025抖音创作者大会于9月20日至22日举行。在主论坛上，抖音副总裁陈都烨发表演讲。

　　陈都烨表示，过去一年，抖音上优质内容的消费更好，优质内容播放量提升160%，优质内容播放时长提升220%，优质内容稿均播放时长是普通内容的17倍，优质内容收藏率是普通内容的1.7倍。

　　谈及创作者的发展趋势，陈都烨表示，抖音上年轻创作者大量涌现，抖音是最适合年轻创作者成长的平台。为扶持年轻创作者，抖音推出了青年创作者成长计划。

　　论坛上，抖音正式发布创作阶梯计划。陈都烨提到，抖音上的标杆创作者不断突破。此外，新技术激发创作新可能，过去一年，抖音上AI作品投稿量提升91%，AI作品播放量提升83%。

　　为了鼓励创作者拥抱AI技术，论坛上，抖音宣布携手即梦AI推出AI浪潮计划。
