新浪科技讯 9月20日下午消息，在第九届人单合一模式引领论坛暨第二届零距离卓越奖颁奖典礼上，海尔集团董事局主席、首席执行官周云杰分享指出，回顾过去二十年，张瑞敏提出的“人单合一”模式经历了四个阶段——孕育期、萌芽破土期、扎根生长期和开花结果期，如今已全面进入2.0——零边界阶段，“人的价值最大化”宗旨也延伸到“生态各方都受益”。
在周云杰看来，经过近20年的实践和沉淀，人单合一开始开花结果，自组织、自主人、自进化已成为体系。去金字塔结构的链群合约、回归三权的增值分享、零边界生态的自纠错机制推动人单合一进入新的时期——生态创业、生生不息阶段。这意味着开花结果不是昙花一现，而是成为一个生态，可以生生不息，自我进化、自我演进。
“如果说1.0是解决了企业和用户零距离的问题，2.0就是解决企业和生态各方之间的零边界问题，使得生态方价值最大化，驱动生态各方共创价值、传递价值、分享价值，实现用户体验驱动下的生态系统自进化。”周云杰表示。（文猛）
