奇士达(06918.HK) 公布，截至2025年6月30日止六个月期间，公司完成收购内蒙古湃炜科技有限公司60%的股权及时代物流投资有限公司51%的股权，作价分别为1元人民币及51美元，前者专注于储能熔盐、核心原材料以及一体化热能储存系统的研发、生产和分销，后者则主要从事熔盐材料和热能储存设备领域的销售、服务和售后服务。
另外，集团与合资公司山东爱能森订立战略合作，将协助合资公司建设储能设备及熔盐生产线以及危险化学品仓库、提供生产技术支援，并成立一支负责日常生产活动的工厂营运团队。(ss/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
