9月19日（周五），佳兆业资本昨日暴涨170%，今日盘中再涨超40%，截至发稿，涨41.18%，报0.72港元，成交额1054.17万港元。
消息面上，9月17日，佳兆业旗下子公司佳兆业资本宣布启动战略转型，与获香港证监会发牌的虚拟资产交易平台达成合作，推进香港合规框架下的RWA代币化发展。值得注意的是，9月15日，佳兆业集团刚刚宣布，其境外债务重组所有条件均已达成，重组方案已全面生效。
佳兆业在公告中表示，将“依托股东资源、自身产业与区域优势，以及与合作伙伴在Web3.0领域的技术积累，以香港为起点，探索在合规监管环境下的数字金融创新”。佳兆业资本表示，未来将持续推动在金融科技、数字金融及Web3.0领域的创新探索与资源整合，创造符合新时代发展趋势的长期价值。
