智通财经APP获悉，稳定币概念多数上涨，截至发稿，多点数智(02586)涨6.09%，报10.46港元；耀才证券金融(01428)涨5.85%，报9.95港元；OSL集团(00863)涨5%，报14.17港元；联易融科技-W(09959)涨3.07%，报3.36港元；云峰金融(00376)涨2.25%，报5.9港元。
消息面上，9月17日，香港特区行政长官李家超发表其任内第四份施政报告时表示，香港金管局会推动商业银行推出代币化存款和推动真实代币化资产交易。例如用代币化存款结算代币化货币市场基金、协助政府将代币化债券发行常态化及通过监管沙盒鼓励银行加强风险管理等。光大证券此前指出，在人民币跨境清算、多币种结算等业务层级中，第三方支付机构已深度嵌入支付全链路服务生态，发挥着重要作用。预计稳定币将驱动人民币跨境支付基础设施全球扩展、以及应用场景多元化，则第三方支付公司营收增长空间可期。
