　　有赞近日发布公告称，公司目前正积极探索及评估将公司所有股份从联交所GEM转往主板上市的可能性。目前有关可能转板上市的评估尚处在初步阶段，还未向联交所提交正式申请。公司表示，将在合适的时候另行发布公告，及时通报可能转板上市的后续进展情况。

　　国证国际发布研报称，有赞作为中国领先的电商SaaS服务提供商，正迎来重要的战略转折点。2025年上半年，公司实现收入7.14亿元人民币，同比增长4.0%，净利润7274.2万元，同比扭亏为盈且净利率达10.1%，反应公司“降本增效、聚焦高价值客户”战略已见成效。该行认为，港股创业板上市的背景对公司估值带来拖累，倘若成功转主板上市，结合经营业绩向好，公司估值有望得到提升。
