LG Chem's (KRX:051910) Indian manufacturing subsidiary LG Polymers established the LG India CSR Foundation in Visakhapatnam, located in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, the chemicals manufacturer said Friday.
The foundation aims to bolster community support and introduce programs to support medical care and improve living conditions for local residents, the release said.
Shares of LG Chem fell more than 2% in recent trade.
