Maiyue Technology (HKG:2501) signed a three-year cooperation agreement with Yong Sheng International Business Management (Bangkok), according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up over 7% in Friday late morning trade.

Under the initial phase, Maiyue will supply 1,000 pairs of its AI translation glasses to Yong Sheng, funded by the Thai government.

The company may also grant Yong Sheng exclusive distribution rights for the product in Thailand at a later stage, the filing said.

Maiyue said the cooperation will help expand its AI products into Thailand, strengthen its regional competitiveness, and lay the groundwork for potential long-term growth.
