9月17日午间消息，恒基兆业地产有限公司与新世界发展有限公司合作开发香港顶级豪宅项目，并宣布项目命名为“THE LEGACY天御”。
据介绍，该项目由两座住宅大楼分两期组成，总楼面面积超过40万平方呎，位于香港半山地段，与中环核心商业区相连，项目整体建筑、住客会所及室内设计均由知名的意大利建筑设计事务所ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel策划。
