智通财经APP讯，TAI PING CARPET(00146)公布截至2025年6月30日止年度业绩，收益约6.59亿港元，同比增长3%;净利4378万港元，同比增加4%;每股盈利20.63港仙。
其中，亚洲地区的收入增幅最高，达到18% ，反映其拓展住宅以外多元化市场的策略大获成功。美洲地区亦表现出色，收入增长6%。受邻近的乌克兰及中东冲突影响，欧洲、中东及非洲地区的收入下降7%。本年度毛利率为 61% ，较上一年度的62%略有下降，主要由于美国加征关税，抵销了公司在中国制造业务所取得的生产力提升。
