智通财经APP讯，稀美资源(09936)发布公告，于2025年9月19日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件同意担任公司的配售代理，以按竭诚基准促使不少于6名承配人按配售价每股配售股份5.0港元认购最多2000万股配售股份。
配售价每股配售股份5.0港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股5.90港元折让约15.25%。假设已发行股份总数于本公告日期至完成日期期间并无变动，最多2000万股配售股份相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数约5.26%。
配售事项所得款项净额估计约为9850万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。
