三井住友金融集团增持Jefferies Financial Group Inc．股份，随着四年合作关系的深化，两家银行将合并在日本的股票业务。

　　两家公司周五在一份声明中表示，日本第二大银行三井住友将把其在美国投资银行Jefferies的持股比例从目前的15%增至约20%，但其投票权仍将低于5%。三井住友表示，计划为增持股份支付1350亿日元（9.12亿美元）。

　　这家总部位于东京的银行将向Jefferies提供约25亿美元的新信贷额度，用于在欧洲和美国的结构性融资等领域开展合作。两家公司还同意在日本成立一家合资公司，开展股票研究、销售和交易以及股票资本市场业务。
