罚单显示，汇丰银行（中国）有限公司杭州分行的主要违法违规事实为：协助监督委托贷款资金使用不到位；保理融资业务信贷管理不审慎。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管分局对其罚款70万元。
