消息面上，至正股份近日发布公告称，中国证监会同意公司的重大资产重组方案。本次重组，至正股份拟以30.69亿元的交易对价收购先进封装材料国际有限公司(AAMI)87.47%股权，同时剥离传统线缆材料业务，并引入全球半导体封装设备龙头ASMPT的全资子公司ASMPT Holding作为公司重要股东。
媒体报道称，这被认为是A股上市公司引入国际半导体龙头股东的率先示范，将有力推动半导体产业的国际合作。光大证券国际表示，在货币宽松预期下，港股估值和盈利增长潜力受市场青睐，尤其是在科技、金融和消费行业的龙头企业，有望在政策利好和资金推动下，迎来更为活跃的表现。
