Odaily星球日报讯 富时 250 指数上市公司 IG Group 宣布，拟按 1.17 亿美元初始估值收购澳大利亚加密交易所 Independent Reserve，据悉 IG 将支付约 7200 万美元收购该加密货币交易所 70% 的初始股份，如果达到 2026 财年的业绩目标，收购价将增至 8200 万美元。该集团还持有根据 2027 年和 2028 年业绩表现购买剩余 30% 股份的看涨期权。（The Block）
