智通财经APP讯，国际娱乐(01009)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止财政年度可能取得除税前亏损不少于2.60亿港元，而截至2024年6月30日止财政年度则取得除税前亏损约为1.62亿港元。
预期本年度取得除税前亏损乃主要由于以下因素所致：(i)一般及行政开支增加，主要由于集团自2024年5月9日起根据菲律宾娱乐及博彩公司于2023年9月27日授出的临时牌照接管赌场业务后，集团于菲律宾马尼拉市营运及管理赌场及发展综合度假区而产生的员工成本以及折旧及摊销;(ii)销售及市场推广开支增加，主要由于为提高赌场产品的吸引力及竞争力而导致赌场首个完整营运年度的市场推广活动及宣传活动的成本上升;
(iii)因拆除赌场地下的租赁装修导致物业、厂房及设备一次性撇销，该租赁装修是由于分别于2025年2月14日及2025年5月30日签订的第一期及第二期建筑合约而于赌场进行的装修工程所致;(iv)集团因根据临时牌照建立及营运赌场及发展综合度假区而导致于本年度之银行借贷利息开支增加。
