智通财经APP讯，民富国际(08511)发布公告，于2025年9月19日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已同意担任配售代理，按竭尽所能基准促使承配人于配售期内以现金认购债券，本金总额上限为6000万港元。
假设债券获悉数配售，债券配售事项的最高所得款项总额将为6000万港元。董事会拟将债券配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除费用、成本及开支)由本公司用于以下用途： 为可能交易的代价及╱或集团于机会出现时不时物色的其他收购及投资机会提供资金;为智能制造解决方案业务及农业食品科技及销售业务的营运资金需求提供资金;及补充公司的一般营运资金。
