在榜单前十中，美国企业仍占据绝对主导地位：

• 美敦力和强生医疗科技分别蝉联榜首与第二；

• Medline Industries 反超西门子医疗，升至第三；

• 波士顿科学 上升2位至第9名；

• BD医疗（医疗与介入业务） 从第12位升至第10位；

在今年榜单中，共有两家中国企业入围：

迈瑞医疗

• 排名：第25位（↑2）

• 营收：50.1亿美元（截至2024年12月31日财年）

• 研发投入：5.57亿美元

作为中国医疗器械龙头，迈瑞医疗在2025年上半年交出了自2018年A股上市以来首份营收与净利润“双降”的中期报告：

• 营收167.43亿元，同比下降18.45%；

• 归母净利润50.69亿元，同比下降32.96%。

市场消息称，迈瑞正考虑在香港进行二次上市，拟融资至少10亿美元，华泰证券与摩根大通已入选承销商。

微创医疗

• 排名：第70位（↑3）

• 营收：10.3亿美元（截至2024年12月31日财年）

• 研发投入：2.17亿美元

微创医疗在2025年上半年实现关键转折：

• 按非香港财务报告准则，公司录得经调整盈利122.1万美元，而去年同期为亏损6407.4万美元；

• EBITDA达1.28亿美元，同比增长116.2%；

• 上半年亏损缩窄至4660万美元（去年同期为9683万美元）。

业绩公布当日，公司股价午后急升19.57%。业绩改善主要归因于海外市场的强劲表现，2024年海外收入同比增长85%。
