黄金表壳及表圈手表设计商西普尼精密科技(02583.HK)在港进行首次公开发售(IPO)，计划全球发售1,060万股H股，香港公开发售占10%(约106万股)，国际配售部分占90%(约954万股)，发售价介乎每股27至29.6元，最多集资约3.14亿元。每手买卖单位100股，入场费约2,989.85元。招股期由今日(19日)起至下周三(24日)中午止，预计于9月29日挂牌上市，由平安证券香港担任独家保荐人。
按发售价中位数28.3元计，集资所得净额约2.55亿元，其中约40.28%将用于提升产能，约33.24%投入到扩大及优化销售网络及品牌建设，约17.11%用于加强研发能力，余下9.37%作营运资金或一般企业用途。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
