W.P. Carey Gives Dividend Another 1-Cent Raise

The board of W.P. Carey has increased the company's quarterly dividend by 1 cent to 91 cents a share.

The real-estate investment trust said Thursday the new dividend will be paid out on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30.

This is the third time this year that the company has increased by a penny to its quarterly payout. It did so in June and in March. It hiked by pay out by half a cent in December, September and June of 2024.

On an annualized basis the new payout is equal to $3.64 a share, and represents a yield of 5.4% based on the latest closing price of $67.45.
