智通财经APP讯，铸帝控股(01413)发布公告，由于在股东周年大会上提呈的决议案不获正式通过，于股东周年大会结束后，张东进、谢荣及阮观通各方已退任执行董事职位，而Andre Pierre Lajeunesse先生亦已退任独立非执行董事职位。
于股东周年大会结束后，张先生亦不再担任董事会主席。继股东周年大会后，杨振伟先生已获委任为董事会新任主席。
继张先生退任后，董事会决议免除张先生在公司及其所有附属公司的所有职位及职务，包括但不限于公司的行政总裁职位，并暂停执行与有关职位相关的一切职务，即时生效。
继张先生退任后，自2025年9月18日起，公司薪酬委员会成员的变动如下：张先生不再担任薪酬委员会成员;及独立非执行董事冼国柱已获委任为薪酬委员会成员。
