ChainCatcher 消息，灰度（Grayscale）已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交修订后的 S-1 注册声明，计划将其封闭式狗狗币信托（Grayscale Dogecoin Trust）转换为交易所交易基金（ETF）。该基金若获批，将在纽交所 Arca 上市，交易代码为 “GDOG”，并指定 Coinbase 担任其主要经纪商与托管机构。
同日，纽交所 Arca 也提交提案，申请根据 SEC 新批准的 “通用上市标准” 修改灰度以太坊信托 ETF 及其 “迷你版” 信托的上市条款，新标准意味着该类产品将接受相对更宽松的监管审查。灰度在申请中援引新规指出，狗狗币已在美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）监管的交易所开展期货及期权交易超过六个月，符合相关要求。该公司还申明，该信托不应被视作《1940 年投资公司法》所定义的 “投资公司”，因此不受其约束。若 GDOG 获批，它将成为美国第二批直接跟踪狗狗币价格的证券化产品。本周四，REX 与 Osprey 合作的狗狗币 ETF（DOJE）刚获 SEC 批准上市。
