　　电子产品消费者周五等待购买苹果公司最新款iPhone。然而，一些人抵达零售店后却发现，某些样机已经出现划痕。

　　在纽约、香港、上海、伦敦的苹果门店实地探访发现，iPhone 17 Pro和Pro Max的深蓝色款在仅仅陈列数小时后就出现了划痕。黑色款iPhone Air也被观察到容易刮花。

　　此外，苹果的磁吸MagSafe充电器会在iPhone 17 Pro机型背部留下一个明显的圆形印记。

　　这是苹果近年来首次对其智能手机进行重大的外观设计改动，重新采用铝制边框，苹果还宣称背面材质“更耐刮”。

　　苹果暂未回应置评请求。

　　苹果为iPhone 17 Pro和Pro Max机型选用的铝制外壳本就以易刮花著称，而在深色机型上划痕尤为显眼。2012年发布的iPhone 5也曾因黑色和灰色版本的刮痕问题遭遇用户投诉。此次的iPhone 17 Pro 提供三种配色，其中深蓝色是颜色最深的一款，该机型没有黑色版本，这在苹果以往的配色策略中实属罕见。

　　苹果此前也曾在新机上市日遭遇小规模“翻车”。用户曾抱怨iPhone 7的亮黑色版本容易刮花。更早之前，超薄的iPhone 6被发现存在易弯曲的问题。iPhone 4则以其无线天线“握姿门”事件广为人知——用户只要以特定方式握持手机，信号就会明显下降。
