北京时间2025年9月20日，Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.（简称“FF”） 与Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc.（纳斯达克代码：QLGN，简称 “QLGN”） 联合宣布，双方已签署证券购买协议，FF将通过私募配售（PIPE）投资QLGN的普通股和优先股，并将全面合作开展加密及Web3业务。
此次PIPE投资总额约为4100万美元，由Faraday Future及其创始人、Co- CEO贾跃亭领投，其他投资方包括SIGN Foundation—— 一家由Binance Labs、红杉资本（美国、印度、中国）、IDG和 Circle支持的区块链技术公司。FF全球总裁Jerry Wang也参与了本轮投资。
