Fortior Technology's Shareholder to Cut Stake in Company; Shares Dip 12%

A shareholder of Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) (SHA:688279, HKG:1304) plans to trim its stake in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Shanghai Huaxin Venture Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its shareholding in the Chinese integrated circuit company by 3,417,581 shares, or 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading between Oct. 21 this year and Jan. 20, 2026.
Currently, Shanghai Huaxin owns 11,180,273 shares, or 9.8% of the company's total share capital.
Fortior's Shanghai shares slumped less than 12% and Hong Kong shares fell over 6% during the afternoon trade.
