港股异动 | 水泥股多数上涨 近日多片区水泥开始提价 机构看好旺季行业需求边际改善

智通财经APP获悉，水泥股多数上涨，截至发稿，东吴水泥(00695)涨7.92%，报4.77港元；西部水泥(02233)涨5.56%，报2.85港元；中国建材(03323)涨3%，报5.5港元；海螺水泥(00914)涨0.62%，报22.68港元。

消息面上，据中国水泥网行情数据中心消息，9月5日长三角地区主要熟料线企业开始错峰12天，受此带动，厂家库存压力有所缓解，加之价格普遍低位，企业亏损严重，涨价意愿强烈。为提升盈利，17-18日起长三角地区部分主导企业率先开始通知上调水泥及熟料价格30元/吨，其余同业预计明后天跟进上调。此外，塔牌集团在机构调研时表示，9月开始进入传统的销售旺季，近日珠三角水泥已开始价格推涨。

中金指出，2025年8月全国水泥出货率平均45.2%，去年同期为48.8%，8月单月水泥产量同比-6.2%至1.48亿吨，淡季水泥需求持续偏弱。截至9月12日，2025年7-9月水泥均价338元/吨(24年三季度376元/吨)，但观察到当前水泥价格自8月低点小幅反弹，9月全国水泥均价338元/吨，环比+2元/吨，测算9月水泥企业吨毛利58元/吨，环比+3元/吨。看好进入旺季后行业需求边际改善以及提价落地后带动价格回升。
