消息面上，据“华为智能矿业与油气”微信公众号披露，9月17日，华为技术有限公司与新更名的中创智领集团（原郑煤机集团）签署了合作协议。根据合作协议，双方将聚焦于四个核心领域：基于人工智能的矿山数字化运营与决策方案、工业应用场景、具体的项目层面、联合人才培养计划。
具体来看，9月17日，中创智领集团智能化战略转型、新产品及新技术发布暨更名揭牌仪式在郑州举行。揭牌仪式上，中创智领与华为、联想、SAP、德勤、瀚博半导体等行业知名企业签署合作协议，共同推动工业智能化发展。同时，集团旗下的煤机板块发布了八大智能矿山创新技术和产品，包括十大矿用作业机器人、电动支架、常水支架、露天开采全连续装备等前沿技术。
