智通财经APP获悉，恒大物业(06666)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨3.51%，报1.18港元，成交额6404.93万港元。
消息面上，恒大物业近日公告披露，中国恒大清盘人计划出售中国恒大及CGE Holdings所持公司合计51.016%股权，且已从部分有意方收到不具约束力的指示性要约。随后华润、中海相继否认接盘传闻。据公告，清盘人将在11月前后邀请有意方磋商并最终形成交易文件，届时新东家的神秘面纱将会被揭开。
值得注意的是，恒大物业一直在寻求摆脱母公司恒大集团。早在2023年11月，恒大物业官方微信公众号更名为“金碧物业服务”。这一行为曾被业界解读为恒大物业摆脱恒大集团、走向独立经营的讯号。公开资料显示，目前中国恒大及CEG Holdings仍为恒大物业的控股股东，持有其已发行股本的51%。
