Boyaa Interactive Forms Web3 Partnership With Sinohope Technology

Boyaa Interactive International (HKG:0434) entered into a partnership with Sinohope Technology (HKG:1611) to explore business opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the collaboration, Sinohope will provide Boyaa with digital asset compliance management plans and Web3 technology solutions, the filing said.
Boyaa said the cooperation will support its Web3 transformation, leveraging Sinohope's licensed asset management and trust capabilities in Hong Kong, alongside its own experience in online gaming.
Shares of Boyaa were down nearly 3% in Friday mid-day trade, while Sinohope Technology was up over 4%.
