智通财经APP讯，瑞港建设(06816)发布公告，青岛市政府近期发布《青岛国际航运中心建设中期规划和 2035 年远景目标》，其中提出打造服务黄河流域、协同东中西部、面向亚太、联通共建“一带一路”国家的青岛国际航运中心，充分发挥青岛区位优势，推进智能绿色发展转型，实施航贸金融合发展，全面提升航运服务水准。公司控股股东、青岛海发国有资本投资运营集团有限公司亦响应该规划、宣布积极参与航运物流与国际贸易产业投资赋能发展，并通过业务协同聚力打造“航运仓储物流、国际跨境贸易、供应链金融服务”协同发展的产业生态。
集团于本年初已新开展了跨境贸易业务，涉及从印尼采购原材料进口国内、以及自国内采购电子消费品出口，并将持续开拓采购和销售网路，聚焦智能家电、新能源汽车等产品出口，开拓东南亚、南亚的一带一路地区的农产原材料、矿产等特色产品进口，致力于打造成为跨境贸易集采中心。
据以上所述，且以海发集团作为集团的既有业务伙伴，董事会认为集团已早着先机、可从该规划将释放的商机中获取重大利益，亦将进一步因应该规划而制定针对性发展策略。
