AGM (AGMH) shares were up on Friday after a 6-K filing disclosed the $57.45 million sale of its unit, Nanjing Lucun Semiconductor, to Hong Kong Giant Electronics.

The company's shares were up nearly 454% with trading volume exceeding 182.2 million shares against a daily average of about 584,000.

Shares of Oklo (OKLO), a company specializing in liquid-metal-cooled fast reactors powered by high-assay low-enriched uranium, and Quantum Computing (QUBT) rose after the Trump administration and the United Kingdom government unveiled a joint initiative on Thursday to advance the artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and nuclear energy industries in both nations.

Shares of Oklo rose 24% as intraday trading volume soared to over 37.3 million from a daily average of roughly 16.9 million. Quantum Computing shares were also up 28% in midday trading.

Platinum Analytics Cayman (PLTS) shares were higher after the FX software company's stock made its Nasdaq debut.

The shares were up 66% on the first day of trading with a volume of roughly 2.2 million.
